Shipping and Returns
All products ordered on our website are subject to our Shipping and Return policy.
Our goal is to prepare and dispatch your order within 24 business hours. Our swiftness may vary depending on the workload and demand. All products ordered on our website is shipped from Sweden. Normal delivery time is estimated to five business days, this may vary depending on your location, holidays and/or extraordinary circumstances. In areas where our carriers do not deliver we reserve the right to use another carrier or cancel the order. Purchases made on our website that has a total value of below $100 will be sent with a different shipping method which has an estimated delivery time of 5-15 business days.

If you receive a damaged product upon delivery, you are obliged to contact us and the Carrier company without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery. Contacting us in a timely manner enables us to send you a new product to replace the damaged one.
Any product purchased through our online shop is subject to 60 days return from delivery. Please contact Customer Support on info(at)rumoe.com to schedule your return and receive a return label. A flatrate of USD 30 will be deducted from your refund per watch to cover return shipping and restocking. Once we receive the item back and verify its unworn, the return will be processed and refund will be issued.
