Do I have a warranty?
We offer a two year warranty for your Rumoe.
Where does Rumoe ship?
We can ship everywhere around the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Rumoe covers your shipping cost – it is free for you.
How does the return policy work?
We want you to be satisfied with your Rumoe. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return your item within 60 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is unused and in original condition.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, although it is often shorter. Orders are delivered by courier, usually DHL. You’ll receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive.
How is the return process?
We offer a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, within 60 days from the date of purchase. Email us and we will send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of 20 USD will be deducted from your refund per item to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.
All returns must be unused and in original condition.
How is the product shipped?
We will ship you your Rumoe by mail or express courier. Your Rumoe is shipped in a protective package that keeps it in a perfect pristine working condition.
What if I do not like my Rumoe?
Our ambition is that you will be a 100% satisfied. As you understand this is a high ambition and very hard to achieve in reality, but we are prepared. We take this very seriously and expect you to be satisfied when receiving your Rumoe. If you still find your Rumoe to be different from what was promised, we will refund or replace it.
What if my watch breaks?
If your watch breaks for any reason at all, simply e-mail us at email@example.com and we will either fix it or send a replacement. You are covered by our two year warranty.
