The warranty
What is covered
- 01Two-year termThe warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
- 02Movement, case and crystalIt covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself: the movement, the case and the crystal. Other parts are not covered.
- 03Replacement partsThe case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
- 04Your rightsWithin the warranty term you receive a free replacement under these terms. The warranty does not restrict any of your lawful rights.
Exceptions
When repairs are charged
Repairs and replacements are charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.
- Improper useFailure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness, such as knocks, dents, crushing or a broken crystal.
- Repairs and modificationsFailure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
- Fire, water and natural disastersFailure or damage caused by fire or water, or by a natural disaster such as an earthquake.
- Normal wear and ageingAesthetic changes from normal wear and ageing, such as minor scratches on the case or crystal, a change in the colour of the watchband or peeling plating.
- Missing purchase detailsIf the retail store and the purchase date are not stated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten.
- Warranty not includedIf the warranty is not sent in together with the watch.
Making a claim
Write to us through the form on our contact page. Include your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue, and write “Reclaim of purchase” as the subject.
